One of the greatest achievements in his career was organizing and developing the ‘Jump Rope Movement Program’. This program was a part of his physical education fitness program. Out of this program came the original “Blazing Rope Jumpers”. This group performed nationwide, at NBA games, schools, PE conferences, television, and for many other organizations. During the Wayne Williams missing children crises, he developed and was the Director of the summer enrichment program for disadvantaged youth in Metro Atlanta.
